i dont think your chances of a fully working ice cream truck find isnt too good try the geat god of odd things website ebay
but you can try to get a ice cream like truck and a loud speaker with a cd player and record a midi of a ice cream like song burn it to a cd
and loop it like crazy then buy a dc to ac converter hook up a freezer and run the converter from the lighter to the freezer plug grab some ice cream and ride around playing music you may need dhec certification but if you follow what they say then get a permit to sell food and make some cold hard cash

You could probably check your classified ads. You might find something under businesses for sale, or own your own business ads.
