you need a really short haircut. get a shower cap ( a tight one ) and cut the leopard spots into it. then put it on and apply the contrasting color to the protruding hair. Good luck getting a job.

No offense, but why would you want leopard print and stripes in your hair? Unless it's for a costume, I wouldn't suggest it.

First, spray paint your hair yellow, then cut a spot size hole in cardboard. Then use it as a template and spray black paint.
