Which would be the best way to file for taxes?

My husband is in the military. We have a 2 month old son. I havent had a job in over a year. Should my husband file seperate and claim both of us as dependents, or should we file jointly and claim only our son? Which would give us a higher tax return? We don't own any assets other than a vehicle.

File Jointly.

If he files separately, you will not be on the return at all. Spouses are never a dependent.
