How do i get a girl, who i am really good friends with to go out with me?

Question

-Everytime i ask her to do something, we end up going with other people.
-Its very hard to tell if she likes me or not.
-I dont know what question i can ask, that would reveal how she feels indiscriminatly.
-I dont know if shes had a boyfriend before, so she may be worried about moving to fast, especially because we will be going to different colleges next fall
-How do i mangage to ask her out casually.. enter into a relationship slowly?

Without referring toher directly you should let her know that you don't wanna get serious with anyone before going off to college because that wouldn't be fair to either one of you. Say something along the lines of I just wanna have fun with a girl or someone to hang out with on the weekends, etc. (say it in a tone that implies that you don't understand why that is so hard to find & say it in passing don't make a big deal out of it) wait 1-2 days then ask her if she wants to go to the mall and help you pick out shoes or something along those lines that isn't gay and be like you have good taste and I have no idea what I would look good in (say I'd ask _____ or _____ but I want a girl's opinon or I don't think they'd get what I want). Then she'll know you want her to go specifically and then when you get there grab something to eat at the food court and pay for her (eat wherever she is going to so it's not odd that you would pay - be like no I insist you're doing me a favor) then play it by ear. If she seems to be going along with thing and not looking for an excuse or way out or something then continue with the acting like it's a date (but still saying that it's not).

well start flirting w/ her just a little bit, but don't make it obvious either. throw urself out there. act confident and don't give her any clues that u like her. if u do this she might slowly feel more comfortable with u and she would gradually like u. then wen the time is rite nd u feel that she likes u back nd make sure this is a sure feeling too, then ask her to go out w/ u. =]
