You cannot choose the wind but can control which way to receive the wind. Yes the wind does choose in some ways cause it blows where it will.

That would depend on what direction it's blowing from, sometimes the wind guides my path seemingly what appear to be the wrong path, but was it? since we gain knowledge from experiences. The wind chose me, to teach, guide, and for many reasons.

the wind does not have a functioning brain, it doesn't choose anything, and i think the wind is stupid (due to its lack of brain), so i don't choose it
