Do you know how your body works and how the various systems are interconnected? Do you think that anatomy and physiology should be taught in primary school to heighten health awareness? Would this bring about a healthier society?

Depends on what you mean by thorough...My mom is a Dr. and she's always raised her kids to know the basics. A&P aren't necessarily the answer to a healthier society in my opinion-- I do think that from Kindergarten up there should be a nutrition class and wellness education. Schools don't make use of their nurses' station (if they even have them) for educational purposes, which is such a waste, really. The transfat revolution is a good step, though, and a lot of parents are lobbying their local school systems for healthier lunches with great success.
