Yes! It is best to wait.
1. Once your done with your kids, you breast may sag so get them all done at once.
2. If you get an augmentation there is not a 100% chance that you will be able to breast feed. (Not sure how important that is to you.)
Ash- Good luck!

If you're dead-set on breastfeeding, yes. It usually doesn't cause issues with breastfeeding but it can.
Other issues could be from sagging breasts that may need to be lifted back up after pregnancy, even if there is already an implant. Obviously, it'd be better to have just one surgery instead of 2.
Breast augmentation can have a drastic effect on self-esteem issues, etc. So, if you are going to be finished with having children in the near future (1-2 years), you may want to just go ahead and wait. But, if you aren't going to be finished in a long time (maybe 5-10 years) you may want to just go ahead and do it now so you can enjoy the effects right away.

Your body changes with every pregnancy. Only people with loads of money and time for private trainers can fully recover a pre-pregnancy body. You will pay for the implants to be adjusted following a pregnancy.
Hopefully by then you'll be too busy taking your kids to sports and school that breast augmentation won't seem important at all.

That is completely up to you. I just had breast augmentation on Nov 17, 2006, and I found out I was pregnant in Dec. I immediately called my doctor, and he said that I would be fine. I know three people who has had augmentation and has had kids after and they have no problems. If you need to do augmentation to make yourself feel better, I say do it. This is one of the greatest things I have ever done for myself.

YES, YES, AND MORE YES!!! You will be wasting your money otherwise, especially if you are planning on breastfeeding (and if you do get the aug prior to pregnancy, ask you doctor about breastfeeding issues with implants)
Why would you spend all that money for them to be perky only temporarily???? Your skin will stretch again when pregnant, and then you will have to return, spend more money, on a lift. Wait!

breast implants rarely affect breast feeding however breast reductions can. If you have implants you can still plan on breast feeding
