I want to be his friend but he keeps telling everyone that I'm going out with my current boyfriend to make my ex mad. NOT TRUE!! My ex keeps making stupid comments but then he gets all sweet and I cant help but forgive him. Im so confused!!

I think he is acting like that because he still cannot accept that you are not with him anymore and also that you have moved on. You need to ask yourself if you really want to be friends with you ex, because with his current behavior, it may jeopardise your relationship with your current boyfriend as well. I suggest that you should think if your friendship with your ex worth all these troubles.

well right now the best thing to do is time apart. Tell him that being friends might be too fast after the breakup and that you cant be friends with an immature ex who can not accept you in a different relationship..tell him to get a life and show him that you've moved on..otherwise...if you haven't take some time and try to think about why you broke up with him and if he or your current boyfriend is the one you want to spend your life with follow your heart and make everything right...:)

im kinda going through the same thing right now. my ex has a new boyfriend and i have a new girlfriend. we agreed that we would be friends but we fight a lot too. the reason i get mad at her is because the way i see it she is trying to make me jeleous by talking about this guy in front of me and saying alll this great stuff about him. what im saying is, maybe youre saying something to make him think you want him to be jeleous. look at this from his point of view, no one wants to end a relationship and theres always bitterness when you find someone new.just think, you could be saying something that is making him jeleous
