can u turn the flash off photo booth on an imac?

You can't "officially" turn it off, but if you press Apple+Option+Ctrl+8, it inverts your screen colors, so instead of Flashing to white, it will flash to black (and effectively turn off the Flash). Then just press those keys again, and you'll have a photo with no flash
