I totally agree. Don't even try to do that. Boil them normally - in water. It takes 10-15 minutes.

The other posters are correct. It is not safe to microwave hard boiled eggs IN THE SHELL. However, they can be hard boiled OUT of the shell for use in recipes. Here is a link to show you how:

Agreed. Bring some water to a gentle boil on the stove and drop the eggs in gently. Boil for 12 min, and you're good.

Hardboiled eggs can not be cooked in microwave, they are already cooked. Just joking, anyway it can't be done. they will explode.
