I would first have to say that when Gods name was taken out and LORD was put in its place it has made it very hard to find out what the bible really states.
but with that being said I would like to add a few things from the bible that may or may not help some..
First if any one is trying to show some one something then that one must be looking to find truth not to try and prove there point.. So I just want to point a few things out..
1 Cor.11:3, RS: I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ the head of a woman is her husband and the head of Christ is God(Clearly then Christ is not God and God is of superior rank to Christ. It should be noted that this was written about 55 C.E some 22 years after Jesus returned to heaven. SO the truth here stated applies to the relationship between God and Christ In heaven)
Next I see allot of people are using 1 John 5:7,8: to prove there argument.
Now I would have to say that this is where if you want to see the truth you will search for it like Gold. If you would look at diferant Bibles you would see that they say differant things... Like the NW reads
"For there are three witness bearers the spirit and the water and the blood and the three are in agreement IF we receive the witness men give the witness God gives is greater because this is the witness god gives the fact that he had borne witness concerning his son."
also read RS,NE,TEV,JB,NAB bibles
but the underline truth for me would have to be that if this was true then there would be more scrip. to back it up.. Jesus didnt say that they were equal. Jesus didnt say that we were to serve him. He said his father who is "grater then I". There is no story in the Bible showing any of the Apostles worshiping "Trinity"
Ok I could go on and on but Im out of time..

The word trinity is not in the Bible, but the indicators certainly are.
Look up Psalm 45, and Psalm 110. Both indicate THE GOD speaking to
"HIS OTHER".....also......The Trinity is indicated in 1 John 5:7 if you are using
a King James Bible (others have removed or altered same).
In the Old Testament see Isaiah 44:6 --- and His redeemer I am ---.
and Isaiah 45:11 --- And His maker --.
My favourite indicator is 1 Corinthians 15:28 ! At some point The Trinity will once
again unite because THEN there will be no need for The Trinity !
Water appears as a liquid, steam, and ice. All three are one.
A Clover leaf has three segments, it is but ONE clover.
In both situations above, three are one. Why can't THE GOD do the same?

Um... There is a God the only begotten son and the Holy Spirit... And, them all as one, is the Trinity. Three persons in one god... There is such thing as a trinity and I believe in it... We are not supposed to understand... God didn't want it that way. We cannot understand anything God does and the Trinity is one of those things... You cannot understand what your preacher doesn't, because your preacher doesn't even understand...

Trinity- Tri- means three
God, the Father
God, the Son (Jesus Christ)
God, the Holy Spirit
Now, during this period of time; each of the personalities of God has a particular role. You seem to understand this, really.
All three were present from the beginning. If you read, it is quite clear. The Holy Spirit was sent at Pentecost- He wasn't always here doing what He is doing now. Jesus was sent to fulfill the plan God, the Father, made for humans to be redeemed.
It is important to understand the basics of this, because as you read through the Bible and begin to understand the prophecies; this plays a key role. You will see the evil one try and imitate this connection. In the meantime, confusion, half-truths, and ignorance; will increase his group's ability to set the stage for the final chapter. My suggestion, ask the Holy Spirit to guide you to greater understanding. This is one of the jobs of the Holy Spirit-

No "Trinity" and "Rapture" are not specifically mentioned in the Bible, but neither is the word "Bible" or "Omniscient" for that matter But, you might say that the definition of Bible and Omniscient are in the Bible, then I will tell you so are the definitions of Rapture and Trinity.
1 John 5:7-8 .... these three are One...(Trinity means 3 in One)
1 Thess 4:17 "will be 'caught up' together with them in the clouds.... Rapture means "caught up"
Wanna argue over semantics?

What you can just say there is no such thing as a Trinity and make it go away. Stop and think what you are saying. Because it's not in the Bible there is no such thing? My God what profound application that would have. There is no such thing as a car it's not in the Bible. Well I guess we will have to go back to riding donkeys They are in the Bible. If we are lucky we will even get one that talks. BB

The word trinity is only a word given to summarize Holy Ghost, God and Jesus. The rapture is a word for getting caught up in the air to meet the lord.

.The 'rapture ' of the Church occurs simultaneously with Christ's second Coming in glory and the resurrection of the dead.............All occur together,(see I Thess. 5:15-17); ..."AFTER the Tribulation of those days"(Matt. 24:29-31)
"...At the LAST trumpet"... I Corin. 15:52
Don't be deceived by the fictional "Left Behind" series....which is based on a common misconception that claims the 'rapture' occurs years before Christ's Return. This is not found in Scripture.

* Matthew 28:19: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" (see Trinitarian formula).
* 2 Corinthians 13:14: "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you."
* 1_John 5:7: "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one." This is the controversial Comma Johanneum, which did not appear in Greek texts before the sixteenth century.

perhaps you are reading the Bible upside down.
turn it right side up and try again.
the Holy Trinity....
The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.....
is explicit in the Bible.
perhaps these verses best describe your problem with comprehension:
"For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness;
but unto us that are saved it is the power of God."
1 Corinthians 1:18
"Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools".
Romans 1:22
"The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned." 1 Corinthians 2:14 (New International Version)
