Her mouth...and make sure he goes down on her too. If not, the dude ain't worth her time of day. Spare the coitus thing for down the road.

There is no such thing as "safe" sex. Condoms have a fairly high protective rate if used properly, but using them properly requires some practice. Even then, they can fail, and a pregnancy definitely can occur. (and they FAIL much more often than their pregnancy statistics indicate, because there are typically not very many days that a pregnancy can actually happen... though it is possible on ANY given day due to sperm being kept alive for a good while inside the female and the unpredictability of her ovulation)

A condom when used properly, (for instance, including but not limited to, a void left at the end to hold the ejaculate, so it won't burst as easily) will also help prevent some, but not all STD's. Some STD's can be transmitted even WITH a condom.

There is a risk of disease transmission and pregnancy with any intercourse.
The only really safe sex is no sex at all.

Will first i hope your friend has given this a lot of thought because there is no rush. But if she is emotionally ready then she needs to go to the doctor or health nurse and talk to them about getting the pill or some type of contraception and to definitely ware a condom no matter what other contraception she is using because of other std she could get. But be ware because its just not babys that can happen but sex can kill.

Anytime 2 people have vaginal intercourse there is a risk of pregnancy (not to mention transfer of STD's). She should use condoms and might want to think about going on the pill. There is still a risk, even if they use these things properly.

Oh, and if you beleive this 99% stat, you shouldn't even be thinking about sex.

I would go for birth control with condoms as well. I would even recommend a spermicidal foam. Remind her that you cannot protect against genital warts even with condoms. So that risk is there no matter what you do. I know of two people off the top of my head who got pregnant their very first time.

Well if she is plannin on having sex on her life before she is married then its better if she is on a birth control , cause condoms might not work all the time... so she needs to be on the birth control a month at least before she can have sex! search online for the ways and the diff. birth control !

Tell her to use a condom, or get on brth control pills, a couple days on then before you have sex should be safe, but if you are unsure of the guy having sexual contact with other's. . . . Use a condom, I can't stress that enough!

Where did you get this stat.? I would seriosuly question your source. I would suggest getting on the pill if she plans to stay sexually active after this "first time", you could just use a condom, but if she's in a serious relationship where she trusts the guy, then this is not a necessity. Just get on the pill or something equivilant, and make sure her partner is clean.

Birth control, condums, and (this is a little graphic in nature but helps). Before you uhmm... you know (the guy's thing when he gits really into it) then pull your dick outa her. Make sure you have a condum on. I seriously doubt you will get her pregnant if you pull it out b4 you "you know".
