I need something that will send out invoices via email automatically every month, something I can add in my customers and all their info

I have quickbooks, but I don't think it has a automatic billing part, or i just cant find it..
I have to send it out manually

Quickbooks Online Edition does the emailing part for you.... otherwise...
Paypal has an add-in for email billing in Quickbooks https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_email-payments-ref-impl3
