Who knows? The people who said "Que vas a hacer en Puerto Rico" might have the best guess, In which case the translation would be "What are you going to do in Peurto Rico?" If you are going to be in Puerto Rico, this might make sense ... Are you? ;)

Past that, who knows? This is Very obviosly not any kind of real Spanish, as everyone has said.
