A pink accent or lilac accent. I like pink more, though. Yellow would also brighten up the combination. Even a band of white or white polka dots. There are so many things you can match with the color combination of blue and grey. It all depends on how bold or subdued you wish to be.

um...well Id say that dark red if the grey are sweat pants, if youre going out then green for that gangsta look.
