I recieved a relaxer and set on Jan 16th. I am going to a big party on Feb.10th. Could a put a touch in relaxer in or should I just go to a salon and get a wash, deep conditioning, and set. I have known people to do put realxer in on the third week, but I thought I would ask. Thank in advance.

It's too soon for a retouch. Go to the salon and get your hair shampooed, deep conditioned, and set. The deep condition and heat from the hair dyer will straighten your roots.

no you do not need a relaxer that soon, you run the risk of damaging your hair and then go to the party with it all broke off because of overlap If i were you I would go to the salon have them do some deep conditioning and have them style it.

No, no, and no. It is WAY too soon 4 a touch-up. usually, if it hasn't been over 6 weeks, if u get it shampooed and styled, it will look like u got a fresh relaxer. If u get relaxers too soon, it will eat your hair up.

If you want to start loosing your hair get the re-touch. What's more important in the long run, the party or healthy hair? That is how women start to damage their hair. It's just a party this time, then a wedding and..... next thing you know you are balding. Don't start it girl!!!.... Keep your hair healthy.

Lemme find out you going to Steelie Bashment Party lol, yea, you can do a quick retouch, it won't hurt kill you...People relax their hair every 4-6 weeks, I don't think a week early will do anything.

A relaxer should only be done erry 6 - 7 weeks..

Anything more than that and you'll be as bald as a chickens behind.. thin edges, broken hair, ect..

Love your hair my sista! treat it well..

Go get a wash, blow dry, and flat iron..
