How about "steak strips" with onions, green and red peppers mushrooms over rice....go to the frozen food section of the groc. store and buy a bag of mixed veggies or buy them in the produce section.
Broil some sirloin steak strips that have been marinating in a mixture of soy sauce, fresh ginger and dry sherry and sugar just a little..
When it's time to cook, assemble everything before you cook so you are not frantic ....Heat a wok or large frying pan add some veg. oil and add the onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms slices and stir until they are done the way you like them. Now add the steak strips at the end. If you want some sauce with it take a cup of cold water and mix with a little soy and add some cornstarch about 1 tablespoon....mix together and add to the veggies stir quickly and watch the heat so it does not burn...it will thicken very quickly. Now top with the broiled steak strips and eat with the rice. You can add chopped cashew nuts or the fried noodles you get in a bag or can. We love anything like this it's a nice change of pace.
Best of luck,

First get a couple of good rib eye steaks. Fire up the grill and get it hot. Take the steaks and place them in a dish and all you need to put on them is "all season" and rub it on both sides. Let them sit at room temp while you fix the asparagus. The smaller asparagus is better. Now here is how you fix it. Put it into a oven safe dish (pyrex or something). Take some butter (the real thing here) and scatter pats of butter around on the asparagus. Add salt and pepper. Place a cover on the dish and put in the oven for 25 minutes or until the asparagus is tender to cut with a fork.
Back to the steaks. Put them on the grill and cook them to your desired wellness (med rare is my favorite). While the steaks are cooking, you shoud be preparing the sauce. Berneice sauce (it's made by Knor and comes in a package. You can find it with the hollendace sauce. Prepare it according to directions. This goes well over both the steak and asparagus. Rich and delicious.
Rolls or bread of some sort optional. Blackberry cobbler with vanila ice cream for desert.
Here is a cooking site you might enjoy.

You can make Beef Stew, I know this isn't steak but you can try to make a Meatloaf, cut it up, top it with BBQ sauce (or ketchup), bacon, cheese, and either fried or grilled onions, and cheese. With whatever else you want, either rice or potatoes.
For the Carne Guisada, you're going to need tomato sauce and something called Sofrito. It's a seasoning that's made out of vegetables, like onions, peppers, cilantro and other stuff. They sell in the supermarkets depending on where you live, it would be in the latin food section. You add the sofrito to some warm oil, let that cook for about a minute on med low, and then add tomato sauce, seasonings, water, broth, and whatever else. This person just described how to make beef stew, but latin beef stew (which is Carne Guisada), and american or whatever else beef stew are different. Latin starts with tomato sauce and sofrito and some other stuff. For beef to come out tender especially for think like stews for an average 2 pounds, it's going to take at least an hour on medium heat in order for it to be tender. For my American Beef Stew instead of flour, I add powdered gravy mix, it thickens it up, and ads great flavor.

I have a great recipe for you! This works for any cut of steak! Combine your seasoned(Lawrys seasoned salt and Lemon pepper) steak with two cans of tomatoes with green peppers and sweet onions and one and a half cans of water in a slow cooker for about 4-5 hours on high then serve with a side of mashed potatoes with cheese and sour cream and butered corn. My family loves this! You can use this with chicken or pork also, any cut. Hope this helps! Claire

Toss some marinated, grilled steak medallions in with fettucinni noodles and a garlic cream sauce with fresh garlic, gorgonzola or feta cheese (if you like it), and a sprinkling of sundried tomatos. Serve with a green dalad and some french bread and bread dipping oils/sauces...Yum.

Make steak fajitas. Marinate the steak, slice thinly and cook it up with spices of your choosing, add green or red peppers and onions or whatever you like. Serve on warm tortillas with cheese, you could add mushrooms too if you like them.

Super quick and easy.
Here's some I invented:
Medieval European Supper Rolls:
1. Using a meat slicer slice top sirloin into thin strips. Marinate them in apple juice (fresh from juicer) for 24 hours. Try marinating in a fruit juice or alcohol or half & half: I like brandy or Calvados (French brandy) liquor. Steam cook: In a bit of water until done as rare or done as want in electric stove in pan.
Fold up these thin (or semi thick) slices with mushrooms and peas up inside an egg roll wrapper. Saute them until sealed on in some corn or olive oil lightly. Dip in a hickory smoke flavored sauce or any choice gravy.
Serve with wedge shaped fries cooked with minced chives in virgin olive oil.
2. Simple sirloin & eggs brunch:
Cut triangles of top sirloin (one and a half inch or smaller) and steam them in a bit of water on an iron pan with sea salt & fresh crushed black pepper sprinkled atop accentuates the buttery flavor and was all the seasoning used. Since sirloin doesn't need a bunch of seasoning and melts like butter in the mouth the most out of beef cuts.
Add a grainy mustard and top with scrambled eggs and for a hearty brunch burrito. optional: Monterey Jack cheese.
