The only thing it will affect is your pillow. It will be damp. You can't catch a cold, or go blind, or anything else. It's an old wives tale, not a wise tail.

What the-- My mother told me it would give me a headache. It don't got nuttin' to do with ur eyes, okay, cos I sleep with my hair wet since I was 6 and I got 20/20 vision. I think it was cos they didn't want us to get out pillows damp. LOL!

no if u go 2 bed w/ ur hair wet then ur just gonna wake up w/ frizzy hair and maybe the common cold it does not affect ur eye sight what so ever
