Look for a animal shelter or rescue in your area and adopt. Or go to Petfinders.org and look for beagles there. Our rescue has quite a few right now. They should not be hard to find, even pups.
By adopting you save a life!

I guess it just depends on where you live. My friends got their beagle from a local breeder.
