Vitamin E is good to our skin. It is compatible to any skin type. If you have dry skin, moisturizers with vitamin E really helps. It is a well known antioxidant.
The function of antioxidant is to protect vital cell structures by neutralizing molecules called free radicals(these are unstable molecules produced from sources like air pollution, radiation, and peroxides that causes damages and diseases to our body)
Vitamin E works to neutralize free radicals and stabilize cell membranes
To make your usage of vitamin E really effective, it must not only be applied to the skin but also it must be taken daily.

I used the vitamin E capsules when Nursing my children. It kept my breasts free from any dryness or damage. (I did exactly what you are suggesting. snipped open the capsule and rubbed on the oil) In terms of skin health and skin care, vitamin e benefits are numerous. Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

when i had my appendix out four years ago, the surgeons messed the op up and im left with a horrid, thick, bright red scar that's quite high up on my stomack and sticks out. it's quite noticeabl and for the first two years i was really self-conscious about it. when i went to my local beauty shop for some waxing treatment, the woman notcied my scar and asked if i'd had anything to improve the appearance of it. i replied i didnt't even know you could get stuff to improve scars. she then told me about Vitamin E Capsules, you know the gel ones you're sposed to swallow for like better health and stuff- she reckoned if i cut open the capsules and rubbed the gel on my scar- it'd improve it. i tried it for a montha and the difference, in the feel of the scar, the raisedness, and the colour. it was incredible. thats all i know that vit E's good for, but if you're looking for a hand moisturiser- id reccommend Atrixo anyday. u can get it from ur local pharmacy or superdrug or boots for anywhere between £1.50 for a small pot and £5ish for a larger pot. it's amazing stuff- when i worked in mcds and came home every night with sore hands from the grase, fat and rough soaps we used for cleaning the greasy stuff in the kitchen, that' what i applierd to my hands- and it's always made my hands feel well soft.
