Can I assume that you mean, "Hot pit" or "hot garage" passes?
NASCAR has restricted these over the past 2 years.
1. Get them from the track. The track has a certain number of passes. Uh, forget about it, they don't have enough for their own staff.
2. Get press credentials. If you're Fox or Speed, you've still gotta share a few passes with your co-workers.
3. Get a NASCAR "hard card" which is the credentials that the drivers and teams have.
4. Get such passes from the teams -- they usually give them to sponsors, as well as new girlfriends / wives who don't have a hard card yet.
I had press credentials at 3 NASCAR races last season, and had hot garage / pit passes for one of them. It's a sore point with me, especially when I saw fans walking around w/ them (from sponsors).

Talladega is the easiest track I have been to, to get pit passes. You can buy them off the guys selling tickets near the interstate next to Stuckey's ( Exit 168)
Be prepared for scalper prices though.

check the track website for any special conditions. I know Las Vegas does not allow drinks to be brought in to the track nor coolers. Also, probably will have backpack searched. The track website should tell when gates open and garage area opens. HAVE FUN
