What's your favorite Marie Callendar's pie, AND WHY? Also, does anyone know which pies have the most fat & calories, and which have the least? Thanks!

Sorry-- I guess I wasn't clear. I meant fresh Marie Callendar's pies from the restaurant (not frozen at the grocery store).

My personal favorite is their key lime pie. Or you can always go with the safe apple pie.

They are all really good. I personally love key lime. It doesn't feel like your eating a ton and isn't too rich, but still really tasty. As for calories, you'd have to ask the Marie Callendar's people. I also love the frozen chicken pot pies at the grocery store.

I'm not too hip on buying frozen pies in the store when homemade taste so much better but I would go with a Cherry if you want fruit or a chocolate or banana if want creamy. Pumpkin pie would be a good bet for the least calories especially if you leave off the whipped cream.

I love the cherry pie with the crumb topping! When not making my own pie, I opt for her cherry crumb pie! It's got just the right about of tartness from the cherries, nice crunch from the topping, and ample filling.

The lemon is good as well as most of the fruit pies. I also like the chicken pot pie they make, surprisingly enough it browns in the micro and has a wonderful flavor.

Personally, I don't like to roll out pie dough. So I buy the MC pie shells for everything. You can use them for a savory like quiche, or a sweet something like chocolate cream. they're very neutral tasting. my favorite is a florentine quiche, the shells are nice and deep for that.
