For the past week my Outlook does not check to see if I have any mail , I need to click, send, receive -?

I have re set all the options but it will not check for mail --any suggestions --Thanks Chris

I just helped someone with this last week. It turned out there was a yahoo widget installed that was seriously disturbing Outlook. Check Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs for anything Yahoo that looks strange.

Also, we had to recreate the Outlook profile via Start > Control Panel > Mail > Show profiles. (first right down all the set-up info for your current profile to use)
