Cayenne Pepper. Add it to your food...or if you want faster results add a tablespoon to a little bit of water and drink it. Keep a cracker or piece of bread handy if you think the heat might be too much for you.

Drinking authentic Chinese Green Tea will speed up digestion alot. After eating, drink the tea and it should digest within 1 hour or so.

Believe it or not, good posture helps. Also, the foods you choose: Meats take longer to digest, while whole grains and vegetables pass through the system much more quickly.

Do not drink when you eat. Chew your food very well and you will digest better. Drinking washs away the acids in your stomach and digestion takes longer.

proper foods will help your digestion problems set you up a regular diet and make sure at each meal you have a green vegetable,if you can avoid cheese stick to your diet religiously and see if that dont help,..............good luck
