That happened to me once or twice. It could be low blood pressure. When your BP drops, you start sweating, you feel faint, you feel sick, you feel weak, and you need to lay down immediately.

If this happens again, go to the doctor he will tell you if it truly is a BP issue and why it is happening in the first place.

Do you have a headache? It could be the start of a migraine. Before some types of migraines people get what is known as aura. It can be flashing lights you see, or a smell, or taste, ringing in ears, or muffled hearing. If you get a headache, take some medication at the first sign so it doesn't get real bad. If you don't get a headache make an appointment to see your doctor. Hope this helps!

No.. but you should make your shower a little cooler if it's hot. If this happens again I suggest you visit your doctor. All the same, call and make an appointment for a check up or tell them what happened. You may have had some kind of heat exhaustion (it has happened to me in the shower). Did you do anything before, take aspirin or anything? Also, check your pulse if this happens again and monitor it- see if it went up. If so, you could be having heart palpitations.

Sometimes if we get water in our ears, it can have an effect on our equilibrium (or balance). Or maybe your body is trying to fend off a virus you have been exposed to. Go to bed early. You'll likely be just fine in the morning. I wouldn't worry unless it happens frequently or again real soon.

This could be anything from the beginning of the intestinal virus to a panic attack. If the symptoms return, you should see your doctor.

if you are young enough it may be morning sickness, if you are older, it may be premenopause. if neither are an issue in your case . see your physician, there are many conditions that can cause such symptoms, from bacterial/ virus infections to hidden diseases that require greater diagnostic inspection than general physicians are trained or equipped for. if your problem persists after diagnosis and initial treatments seek advice from more specialized medical services
