What do you think about what my ex said to me?
She said that she doesn't want to give me a second chance yet and that we should be friends for a while. Is this her way of giving me a second chance and testing me? Or is she keeping me on the backburner? How should I react to this? Not be so available or just tell her to call me when she wants to be together and that I don't want to be friends? I just told her whatever and that I can't change her mind so I am moving on and if I find someone else than I will date her. But should I still be talking to her?
She keeps contacting me and I won't call her. She keeps calling me.

if she's an ex.... keep it at that.....looks like she wants to keep you around on her terms.....giving you little indications...I think it's time to say bon voyage

It is her way of giving you a second chance without putting to much out there or being to vulnerable. By her wanting to be friends she is saying she wants to build a good foundation for a better relationship this time and not rush into things. If she's worth it to you call her back, NOW! If not don't expect her to wait forever, a girl is hurt when she tries with no return effort. But a word of advice if you want her back don't go parading around with other girls, it will be over for good.

How did the relationship end in the 1st place? and how long have you been not together? Maybe she wants to be friends 1st so she can see if whatever went wrong last time won't be the cause of you breaking up again.
If you are not going to be friends with her just because she does not want to date you at this time then bother you need to grow up.

She is probably keeping u as a spare. I know my friends have spares which isnt right. The next time she calls or contacts u tell her u want to be alone and find a better girl to date.

dont waste ur time...she let you go and yet still wants u, but u already told her that youd date another when given the chance. so stop playing games n just be friends with her and get another.
she's just holding u back n thats not a good sign, so move on n just b a friend to her.

well....maybe she just wants to keep you as a back up. Sounds mean...but if you really love someone, it's very difficult to be friends with them, I don't care what everyone says...unless it's a half-friend lol Maybe she needs time to think about things, and yet she doesnt want to lose you, so she wants to keep you close as a friend. You have to decide....can you really be friends with her ....will it hurt you more on the long run? Just take time and decided what YOU want...for yourself...not as a couple...then take it from there....whether you wanna keep talking to her or just move on.

Hmm, not sure on this one. Lots of confusion going on here. I think maybe she wants to start talking again to see if things can be worked out between you two, or she is maybe testing you, or just seeing if there is anything there, on her end at least. Not sure though. Why don't you just call her and see whats up?

She means that she doesn't want to be your girlfriend anymore, but that she wants to be friends. and she is trying to follow through on this clique and show that she really means it by contacting you. get over her, but also call her back sometimes. You don't have to talk forever, but treat her like a good friend. She still likes you as a friend, but she's ready to move on dating wise.

sound to me as if she's giving you all three.........a second chance, a test, and putting you on the back burner. its up to you which one it will be. if you want to be with this girl keep letting her pull you by the collar with your tail between your legs or you can stand up with confidence and tell her you dont have time for her games so she needs to make up her mind. if she cant tell you then it looks like youll have to make up her mind for her and get to stepping. there's other fish in the sea.

well she is most likley having issues with herself...no one should be put on the back burner.....tell her to get herself together and then maybe you might think of giving HER a second chance ...you dont need this kind of stress in your life ...carry on and meet other people ...Let her come to you...answer her calls dont be mean...but let her know your not interested in playng girly games
