im an african american and i really want my hair wavy.... i can't braid it cuz i dont hav the time 2 and i can't buy any mousse.... any help??

Well there is no way unless u plan on crimping it with a crimp iron bcuz unless u have naturally wavy hair u can't do nuttin else but braid it to make it wavy or as I said use a crimping iron

There are a few ways to do that but first of all , you dont have to tell anyone your african american , im sure if you were white you would be the same person , hun...

O.K. , you can try like a sallys beauty supply and ask them if they can help , you could use a heavy duty crimper ( zig-zag ,then toss hair around for a while) , and last you could use a (again) heavy duty curler.

sallys an most stores that sell shampoo sell it its a curling shampoo all you have to do is wash my mom uses it all the time an has killer hair an so does some friends of mine an they are also african american

Well Joy, frankly you are born with it. Unless you get to a really good stylist who is familiar with your hair type and the style you want.
