And don't forget the letter "ñ" otherwise you'll keep on writing "tengo 15 anos:" "I have 15 annuses." A good pick up line though.

Tengo 15 anos. Literally means I have 15 years, translation is I am 15 years old.

You could say either of these two:

Tengo quince(15) anos.
Literally: I have fifteen years

Edad: quince(15) anos.
Literally: Age: 15 years

15 años or quince años

it is the same.

Millionario is right if you don´t have it in your machine do the "ñ" with a pen otherwise you are making a big mistake.

"Yo tengo quince años" directly translates to "I have 15 years", but in English it means "I am 15 years old"

If someone asked me:

"¿cuántos años tienes?"

I would say:

"Tengo 19 (diecinueve) años."
