No: you cant take a picture with out "Digital Cameras "
because they allow only photo &personal file attatchements as
where mentioned from "Softwares " also those too must be down
loaded <"Easy Share",Quick Time or "1Gb photo memory Card "

Hmmm....how on earth would you expect the computer to do that???
You would need at the very least, a webcam that is capable of taking still shots.

lol, no - you need a dig cam or a web cam to be able to take a pic.
