how to perform a calculation on the excel's comments?

right click on the excel worksheet we can post a comment on it, but can we post a calculation on the comment just like other normal cells?

In Microsoft Excel, you can not create dynamic comments.
You can use the VBA to create comments for any cell based on a calculation
AGAIN
This will not be a dynamic comment, it is static, meant it will not change when you change the source values?

M$ may consider your idea in version 12 perhaps. For now, create fake comment boxes and use the underlying cell formula.
