Probiotics (example: Yogurt w/active bacteria - the good kind)
Omega 3's (fish)
Vitamin C (orange juice)
Zinc (Eggs/Cheese/shellfish/legumes)
Iron (red meat/spinach)
Also consider a multi-vitamin, extra vit. C, a healthy diet, excercise and regular/plentiful rest.

My mom swears by garlic. I don't like eating more than a half clove at a time, though, so I take odorless garlic pills. I am taking two a day, but if you don't have anything serious going on, you could just try one a day. You can find them in supermarkets or health food stores. Also it helps to avoid sugar and white flour, or at least cut back on them.
