I just got a dresser and chest of drawers. I need several rolls of contact shelf paper, around 18' x 50'. Where is a good place to get it at wholesale price? I checked online, but I can't find anything less than $65 plus shipping. Is that about how much it costs? What do other people do for dresser drawers, etc? Thanks.

The stores like LNT and BBB have shelf liner. Contact paper is pretty hard to deal with. Why not look at whats available at those stores then go to K-mart Walmart to buy.
No it doesn't cost that you must be getting into some distributor site. Contact paper for a 50' roll is about $3. But I think that you mean 18" x50' ??? that would make more sense. Get some scented kind, or just spray a shot of your fav. cologne inside before you load it up. Nice....

Best of luck,

Wow 65$! That is nuts! I am a regualr at the 2nd hand store and I have a large amount of shelf liner that I pay about 1$ per role. I bet if you went and looked you wouldn't find any cause that would be just typical but wow i can't beleive they can charge that much for that stuff. Oh yeah, I also recently picked some up that size from Liquidation world. I am in Canada so I don't know if you have one of those. Good luck!

Wow, that is absolutly ridiculous! I bought mine at the local grocery store, i needed it for school. It was only about $2 per roll and it lasted forever. In fact i don't think it will come off. Anyway I know all the craft stores sell it to, check around it your area DO NOT pay that much it's crazy.

Hello! When I have projects like this, I rummage through the clearance bins in stores like KMart, Target, Walmart, etc. One thing you might want to do it look for the type hat is NOT adhesive. It's easier on your wood, because it doesn't leave residue. Good Luck!

Not only is it expensive, but it is also harder to find. People didn't like the super stick stuff, instead wanting something will less adhesive. WalMart still has it.
