We just bought a Samsung LCD TV and we are trying to hook it up with our Comcast Digital Cable box. First we have to pick Air, Cable, or Air + Cable....then after that we got to a part where we have to pick what kind of "cable system" we have and the options are STD, HRC, and IRC....and now we are stuck. Comcast is closed on Sunday's, so that's why we're on here. Any experts?

You can ignore the channel setup. This applies only if you connect the cable directly to the TV's Tuner.

Since you have a set-top box already, connect the video/audio outputs from the set-top box to one of the inputs in the TV.
Then use the TV remote to select that input source in the TV.
If you have an HD set-top box, use (from best to worse)

HDMI
DVI (with DVI to HDMI cable) + audio
Component (R/g/B cables) + audio

For standard definition
S-Video + audio
Composite + audio
