what is a good way i could fix up my hair for a dance?

its just an 8th grade dance. semi formal, formal. my dress is blue (really pretty) but i have to do my hair myself! i cant go get it done for reasons. is there a simple way i can make my hair really pretty??? i have a flat iron, and a 1in. curling iron

curl hair with oversize curlers just so u can get some body
and then pull hair back in a simple french roll or pony tail and add hair accessories something sparkly in your hair

If your hair is long do like my daughter use to have, wear it in a half and half style. Take about 1/4 of your hair at the front of each side and pull it back into a pony tail, but not to high on the head. then use a dressy barrette to hold it in place.
If you have short hair make it curly and maybe have use a side swept bang.

straighten your hair all the way then get Bobby pens or a clip and do the little poof!!and if you don't like that straighten your hair and curl the ends only!!and let then fall out just a bit. formal but not to formal and guaranteed to turn heads!or for you to get compliments on it!!

if your hair is naturally straight 1. blow-dry hair. 2.curl two in sections and bobby pin them at the crown of you head. 3 keep doing this until your whole head of hair is up. 3 if you have bangs you can either keep them down of twist them back.

if you hair is naturally curly 1. scruch your hair. or inhance the curls by curling 3 inch sections. start pinning your hair up. mabe letting some of the curls fall out.

i went to a prom once and wut i did is i tied my hair up but some up and some down and i used a curling iron and curled my hair and i used some clips and wah la!!!
