Well first off every couple fights and that is natural. It is not healthy to hold on to hostility and to push your partner away, you love him. Second, you have already admitted and recognized you have a problem, so talk to him about it and work on it when this comes up, don't hurt him on purpose because you know you do and you need to stop. If you love him and can see spending forever with him, work on this now, because in the future it will get worse and could cause more problems. Nip it in the bud now.

You need to go outside and get some fresh air for manybe 10 mins. Think about what you want and if the thing your fighting about is worth it.. Then go back in and tell him you love him and you both tell should tell each other your sorry weather his right or you are. Things won't be if you let things get to you. Stop pushing away and start resolving your problems. Ask your self will it matter in 20 mins, or in one week or even in a month. If not let it go.

Buy a pair of boxing gloves and take it to the center of the living room and let the healing begin, you will both find it constructive and its a great workout. The making up gets a little pain full and teary but it is well worth it, leaves you breathless and you can not find the words, a very bonding moment in any relationship.

Make yourself cool down before you say another bad thing and talk a walk to cool off. You need to learn how to compromise with him on things you disagree with or it will never work.
