the best thing you can do is to show that you know you did wrong and that you are making changes in your life that will alter that behavior.

make the judge feel that you have learned your lesson and are not a threat to anyone.

you can best do this by getting into some kind of therapy or group meetings - i am being completely serious with you here.

others will think this is silly and overkill - odds are they have never had their good name and permanent record threatened like you do right now.

also, speak with an attorney - most will give you a free one hour consultation.

if it costs money, borrow and or save and hire one.

a good attorney greatly increases your chances of getting a favorable outcome.

just by knowing which judge to try to get the case seen before can make all the difference in the world - so hire an attorney who is familiar with the court house you will be sentenced in.

hope this helps...

It depends on the amount of damage the graffiti cause. This is based upon the dollar amount of damage. My suggestion is to photograph your effort get a lawyer and let the lawyer do the legal work.

since you cleaned it up prior to court.....go take pictures of the clean up to show the judge. the fact you acted like a man after the fact and you yourself stood up for your responsibility and cleaned it. he will most likely go very easy on you cause you showed promise of being a mature adult but got caught as a kid for a bit.

at most he'll give you a fine, doubt more than 100 if that. might just give you a lecture and make you pay court costs of like 45.

good job on cleaning it up before court....does show maturity.

under 18 you get 500 hrs work in a nursing home, on bed pan duties...so you just wash up, the bed pans from where old people go to the toilet....in a huge washer kind of machine...
It stinks...but better than going to juvie!
