depends on which protestant,

If you are a penticostal that does not beleive you are saved unless you speak in toungues most other protestants are not saved.

If you believe you have to ask Jesus very specificly to come into your heart, many other protestants are also not saved.

If you beleive as the Baptist do that you have to be baptised by going under the water, then again many other protestants are not saved either.

And some protestants even teach that the Catholics are the same as the antichrist

So Christians dont agree about anything amoung thierself from group to group

I'm Catholic, and these questions are a never-ending source of amusement to me. Do you seriously think that we dance naked around a statue of David Hasselhoff and sacrifice Milky Way bars to the Flying Spaghetti Monster? :-)

There is only one way to Heaven, and that is through the shedding of Christ's blood on the Cross. He is our Atonement, and no one comes to the Father except through Him. He is our Lord and Savior, and the Catholic Church has never taught anything else.

So, yes, we Catholics are going to Heaven. See ya there.

Protestants are just the children of the Mother church, why do they think they are any better? Don't you think that old tricky "Devil" had a plan in place, for when the children of the Mother church, should flee her? She sits as a Queen, saying, I will never see loss of children, but in one hour, she will be thrown down, like a millstone! The Mother church is trying to "eat" "her" children.

Do Catholics believe this?:

John 14:6 -
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

I believe the word of God is truth.

The Bible teaches that we are saved by grace alone through a repentant faith(trust) in Jesus as Lord and Savior resulting in the fruit of the Spirit. (Ephesians 2:8-10). So if a person repents, puts their trust in Jesus to save them by His grace alone, and surrenders to His lordship, then He saves that person and makes them born again. If a person tries to get to Heaven by good works rather than trusting in Jesus' grace, then no, they will not go to Heaven. www.equip.org

Just as many go as protestants. And just as many won't go as protestants also. It's not church that gets them into heaven by the way.

I'm inclined to agree with you. However, I'm not sure about the people who covered for the pedophiles.

It's not up to me or you, and it makes no difference how many of us agree. God doesn't put it ti a vote. It's God who knows who is His and who isn't, and denominations do not apply. The Bible spells it out. We choose to believe it or not and whether or not we will act accordingly. Just leave it to each each man, between Him and God, and make sure that you know that you are one of His.

Probably, they believe Jesus is their Lord and Savior.

John 3:16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
