How come restraunts have breaded chicken strips and not grilled chicken strips? I prefer grilled. any comments?

I order a grilled or blackened chix sandwich less the sandwich. They always accomodate.

Oh, some do have them grilled... certainly the best, nutritionally!
And, if marinated first and grilled over a lower heat, can be tender and delicious! You may have to ask. Even McDonald's offer(ed)
a grilled chicken sandwich...

ask for them to be grilled instead of fried. with the low carb craze going on a lot of restraunts offer them up "naked" they just dont have it on the menu.
