OMG Jayln~ whatever her name is~ doesn't know what the F she's talking about.
First off, if you have to worry about this, you shouldn't have sex.
Second, if you have to worry about this, you should be on the pill/depo in addition to using a condom.
Third, YES, when the deed is done get out of there! assuming you had the condom on the whole time and didn't wait til he was "about to" come before putting it on to begin with.
and Fourth, I have an issue with you asking if he should "pull out" AFTER sex. If he's "pulling out" after he's ejaculated, you're in for a rude awakening one of those times if he gets soft and there is some leakage that happens when removing the condom, should it slip off.

Interesting question... I have heard that it is a good idea to pull out fairly soon after finishing, if you are wearing a condom, because if you do not, and you allow the penis to lose its erection, the condom will not have a good seal and the spooge can run out or the condom can slip off.

well yeah, after you ejculate, you must pull out the condom before he goes limp, as to not risk any spilling of sperm

If he is protected there is no reason...He may feel or be afraid that it is slipping. It is not necessary.
It sound like he is just trying to protect the both of you.
