OK, my wife left chicken out again for 18 hours or so and then decided to put it in the fridge. 11 hours later around dinner time, She said that e-coli, or any other potentially harmful bacteria would die if we boil it. Should I eat my dinner or not?

If the chicken was left out in a warm room I would not want to eat it. don't take a chance, buy another one. Chicken is inexpensive.
