All hotels 4 stars rating and up will have a buffet in one or more of their food outlets. And many restaurant will feature buffets of many sorts. Some are for hot pot items, others are a mix of international cuisine while some specialize in desserts.
The cost varies greatly but you do get what you pay for. A good average buffet will cost about US$20 and goes up to US$60 for the deluxe ones in the 5 star hotels.
Current rate of exchange is US$1 = HK$7.8
