Brazil, hazel, macadamia; all are overpriced for nuts!

I know Brazil nut is expensive because it is not cultivated; they are harvested directed from rainforest. There is no commercial farm.

Even though the other two are commercially grown, I know macademia' kernel is extremely hard to crack. I suspect it is also the case for hazel nut.

Brazil nuts are espensive becuase they got them from ohio.

Try shelling them yourself and get a whole piece. You'll see why they're so expensive.
