That depends. If you are having your refund sent directly to your bank account the IRS says that it will take 7 to 14 days. (I got mine last year in 4 days.) If you're having a paper check sent to your home you should receive it in 2 - 3 weeks.

It depends if you are getting an actual check or if you are using direct deposit. With a check, it takes 2-3 weeks. With direct deposit, it take anywhere from 3-10 days. It also depends (beleive it or not) how close you are to a branch of the IRS where the returns are processed. I happen to live about 50 miles from one of the processing sites....so every year I get my paper check in about 10 days after my return has been accepted. But every return is different.

I filed mine with TaxAct on Sunday with electronic deposit. I got my state back on Friday I am still waiting on Federal but expect to get it by next Friday.

Very easy, use Turbo Tax. I do it every year. I get my refunds within 10 days.
