God does whatever He pleases, and we just have to live with it. If God wants to let all the gay trial-lawyers into heaven, what recourse do we have? It is clear from Matthew (25:31-46, 7:21-23) that many people will be surprised by the outcome of the Day of Judgment. The Pharisees were sure they knew who was favored by God and who wasn't. It turns out this kind of arrogance can be spiritually dangerous.
Rarely do Christians tell me I am going to Hell. When they do, I usually thank them, and remind myself that, from time to time, I, too, spout nonsense.

If u worship God who put u here in the first place, who does all things, make all things, then ur doing right and good deeds, even if ur good person and not religion (non-believer) then u dnt do good deeds as u wud do if ur a believer, non belivers dnt fear and for that its like insulting who put u here in the first place, being all arrogant, ignorant, non belivers can and some are good people, more so then even some belivers, but end of the day to belive in something more bigger then u and who made u what u r u always have chance to repent and do good, whereas non-believers no matter how good they can be if they dnt worship who put them here in the first place then they will always be arrogant, and ignorant in some ways.
If a non-beliver can be good person then why not belive and do more good deeds and worthwhile deeds which God asks of u, if u can be a good person then why not be good Christian, Muslim Jew, and follow religion and worship God, God guides who he wills, i understand what ur saying and asking, A non-believer can be a good person but so can beliver, and the difference will be that the beliver belives and does the deeds which b asked of u and can go to Heaven.

The Bible clearly says only those Born Again go to heave, but Christ said that there was "Sheep, not of this fold" who would get everlasting life. Those not born again take part in the second resurrection, to either life or judgment. Which one fully depends on what God finds in their hearts. Those resurrected to everlasting (not immortal) life will see the conversion of the Earth back into a paradise, and the spread of human throughout the universe. Those whose hearts show that they will never accept Christ and their King and Ruler, will simply cease to exist, even in the minds of those living. The past will be washed away.

Well, the bible does list something that God CANNOT do... it says he cannot lie. It also says that all people are born with sin in their lives and that the price of sin is eternal seperation from God. Finally, it says that eternal life is a free gift from God to any person who believes that Jesus died on the cross as their payment for sin and that God raised him from the grave.
You're question is a bit tainted. Because you started with "Can God decide somone who isn't Christian..." Well, He's already promised us that He's never-ever going to do that. On the otherhand, whether you are a true believer in Christ or not is completely between you and God. I suspect when I get there someday there will be a lot of people there that I would have NEVER expected... Likewise, there will probably a lot of people missing... who I just KNEW were gonna be there.
The choice is yours... Get it wrong if you want... It's totally up to you. You have to pay the price of eternity, not me.

Christians tell non-believers they will go to hell because Jesus said; ''I am the way and the truth and the life. No-one comes to the Father except through me.'' (John 14:6). Therefore stating that if you do not have faith in Christ, you cannot go to heaven. It's why most Christians want to spread the gospel to as many people as possible.
I prefer not to tell people they will go to hell, but to show them how they can get to heaven.

I believe that being a God does give one the right to make any decision for any reason, thus trumping the beliefs of every and all religions.
It may well be that only Atheists get into heaven. After all, they are born blessed with superior intelligence, pure souls and good looks. Why do you suppose that is?

Well, I guess He could, but I highly doubt He wil choose to go against the rules that He laid out for us. He told us that the only way is through Jesus. The answer is there, we have to choose whether to follow it or not.
I don't think Christians should be going around telling people they're going to hell, that is counter productive to loving them. It may be true, but it is just pointless. Jesus told us to simply love people and be kind and serve others. I don't think hell sending fits into that teaching.

Only God can decide who goes to heaven.
Christians who tell nonbelievers that they're going to hell do so because that's what they believe, and they feel like they're under an obligation to warn and save as many as they can.

In actuality a non-christian always goes to hell according to the Bible. Christians have just said that all religions are a path to God because they probably wanted to build bridges with others.

Sure.
Most Christians do not tell non-believers (or anyone) that they are personally going to hell. YOu'd have to ask the ones that say that why.
