the same as every other dog in the world. around 63 days, give or take a day or two. you need to have your dog health and temperment screened and the male too. the female, and male labs should be ofa rated at good or exellent, and should be a good representation of the lab breed standard. if not, have her spayed. it's better for her health.

dogs gestation period is between 60 &65 daysso count ahead 63 days & you should be almost right on

If its 88 days and no puppies, she either aborted them or reabsorbed them. Breed only when ALL of the following is completed: 1. Dog is registered in AKC and bred to the same breed. 2. Dog is at least 2 yrs old and been tested for all genetic problems in the breed (HD cannot be tested till 2 yrs old) 3. Dog has been shown to championship or working titles. 4. You have written permission from the breeder to breed him/her. Otherwise, call your vet and spay/neuter by end of this month.

I saw a show on recently that said it is two months. This is for all dogs, not specific to yellow labs.
