I, as a Christian, do not profess to know such things. I find that 'trusting the scientists' is foolish. However, if said scientists attempt to show me personally how the earth is 14 billion years old, (which they have, and I understand their logic) then I would believe them.
So my answer is yes, but not just because the scientist told me too. Just like I'm a Christian yes, but not just because the priest said I should be.

Perhaps. But I believe God is the one behind it's creation. The creation story does not make it seem as if there was no universe prior to the creation of life on earth. Quite the contrary actually. The spirit of God moved over the face of the waters. So obviously there was a water covered earth floating around in space. I can't say how much he created during those 7 days but perhaps just the rest of our solar system or galaxy.

Watch all the ignorance and hate appear on this question.
EDIT: My theory is confirmed. The universe is about 14 billion, while the Earth is more like 4.5 billion. Most people are ignorant of that which they disagree with.

That's what it looks like right now. Not all Christians are 6-day creationists. If God wanted to spend 14 billion years making the universe, that's his perogative ;-)

"Do Christians agree....?"
Not usually.
A small, but important fact that is often overlooked is in Genesis 1:2.
When the creation account begins, the raw material for composing the earth is already there.
How old is that raw material ....maybe 14 billion years old.

Well, no one of us can really be sure of how old this universe is because God can make things aged.
