They have been there 10+ yrs. I have tried several different lotions. Someone once told me it is a vitamin deficiency. Anybody have a suggestion?

I am assuming you have no other medical problems or take medications that can cause skin trouble.

Of course, make sure you eat healthy, but I use 2% BHA gel by Paula's Choice, and her 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, and bumps disappear like magic and keeps them away. I use her stuff rather than other brands because the pH is right. If it isn't, which is often the case, it won't work.

If you do this, your skin will be very sensitive to UV rays, so get her avobenzone sunscreen. It won't break you out (unless you're allergic to it or something).

I would try a multi vitamin. I would also see your doctor. I have red circles that appeared for years on and off. They ended up giving me a steriod lotion and they went away within hours. So when ever my appear I apply the lotion. Best of luck to you. Take Care.

A few here they go

Stop using lotions and try cocoa butter, olive oil, shea butter or aloe vera (spray or gel; the gel is best cold in the fridge)

Start taking a multivitamin
