you cannot have limewire open while trying to delete a folder it's using - hence that's why there's an 'access violation'.

if you have limewire running in the system tray when your pc boots, you need to close it first BEFORE trying to delete the folder.

but honestly, there's every chance that once limewire runs next time round, it will recreate that very same folder.

What are you calling "my document"? Do you mean "my document folder"? Are you trying to delete something that you have active and open, and it is blocking you from doing so? This is normal... It sounds like you don't know your way around a computer.

You probably downloaded a virus with Limewire. Try a restore if possible, after going into safe mode. If that doesn't work, then you can either not delete it, or reinstall your operating system. From experience, viruses from Limewire eat your computer alive.

Scan for viruses, spyware.
Go to task manager (CTRL ALT DEL) and make sure limewire.exe is not in the process list.
If still no dice, try rebooting to safe mode.

You need to boot into safe mode to get rid of it. Tapping on the F8 key at boot will get you there.

go to add/remove programs in control panel and try add remove from there..........you might also have it set notknowing/ in your msconfig file to start in startup or services.....another option would be to safe mode with network f8 at reboot and try removing it from an administrator stand point.....but if you do it from safe mode it should not load at startup and therefore not be a problem....hope it helps

Limewire is so full of bugs, every time my son loads it, I get Trojans, Adware, Spyware, etc. Get it removed and never go back to that site.
