my freind he is very very depressid he pulled a muscle in his neck and he needs help he went to the hosbital and got a color thing but he says that it still hurts to move it to the right what can he do he takes advil and that stuff also what can he do

If he has all ready been the Doc. and things are getting better. then I suggest he call the clinic/hospital again or go back in. Muscle pain can be very bad and might need further attention. Best of luck to your friend. take Care.

Taking advil, muscle relaxants, etc will only cover up the pain, it won't fix the problem. He needs to see a massage therapist and possibly a chiropractor too.

He needs to see a doctor. He probably needs muscle relaxants to help him through this time.

ice for 20 mins no ice for 20 mins heat for 20 min nothing for 20 rotateback ad forth for a while
