I'm not going to lie to you and say that they don't hurt because to a certain degree they do. But it is a tolerable burning sensation. I've had three myself and if I keep on going back for more it can't be all that bad. Since the wrist is small the tattoo will probably cover a small area, with that in mind I can safely tell you that by the time you get to the point where you think gee I'm not sure if I want to do this cause it hurts it will be over. Don't sweat it, pain is temporary, tattoos are much more permanent

Well Do you have any other tatts? And if so did they hurt? of course everbody ahs thier threshold of pain. On the wrist is a good question.When I decide on a knew one. I take the skin where I decide to get one pinch the skin as hard as I can and if it dont hurt bad. Do it. I love tatts. I planning on more myself. I dont think it hurts. The only thing Ive ever heard is the lower you go the worse it hurts.

I have 6 tats. With the majority of them very small. One of them on my foot. Since it will be on the bone, it may not hurt THAT bad. But if you have one on thin skin and bone it will be very painful it depends on the area. I have one on my rib and that hurt more than any other one I have. But your wrist should be ok. The skin is thicker on the top but on the underside it may be a lil more painful.

The areas on the body that hurt the most from tattoos are the ones with little body fat. Your wrist is one of them. You might want to try another area first as everyone's pain tolerance is different.

if you really want it then you'll take the PAIN...i have a tattoo on my lower back and it didnt hurt much the only thing that hurt was the outline but the color in was not painfull at all..i suggest you take ur i-pod and listen to music or something because if you dont hear the noise that the tattoo machine makes then you kool...but as much as my first tattoo hurt i want an other one....!!! :P JUST DO IT!!!

Take A needle, very fine needle and lightly pick yourself on the wrist. Imagine that hundreds of times intensified and you've got your answer. It really hurts. there is no guarantee that it won't infect either. You could be allergic to the ink...no one knows.

If you want to look really ugly, just don't wash yourself. But you can always take this to getting a tatoo..so it's a permanent uglyness. My advice is: don't be a child, think again.
